Time & Location

Aug 06, 2023, 1:00 PM – Aug 07, 2023, 3:30 PM

San Francisco, 335 Martin Luther King Jr Dr, San Francisco, CA 94118, USA

About the event

Sing, sound and speak your truth and connect to your body instrument and to nature and the wild ones around you.

We will tune our body instruments with some sound meditation and vocal warmups and learn some songs that help us connect to the four elements of our bodies. We will harmonize with each other, connect to nature around us, and do some improvisational singing to the plants and animals and other invisible ones, tap into our medicine songs and prayers for the world, and connect deeply to ourselves and each other in this playful, interactive playshop.

By the end of this workshop, you will leave with:

  • Deeper connection to our voices and body instruments 🎶
  • Tuning into each other and nature and singing in harmony ☯️
  • Our voices as carriers for medicines songs for our planet and peoples 💚
